Does anyone know the spacing between the holes on this retract?

The holes measure 28mm (front to back) and 32mm apart (side to side).

What is the wheel diameter? What is the axle to strut end length? What is the total Length (bottom of tire to top of strut)?

Hi
Nose wheel is 45.5mm dia
axel to top of strut (if removed fro retract trunion) 105mm
total length (if removed from the retract trunion) 125mm
sorry no place to post pics to show how i measured.

Functions well. Front retract droops a bit, but I think it's designed that way because it has to droop a little fit into the wheel well.
